Recommended daily dose:

How to use:
Whip 2–3 teaspoons of tea with a small amount of hot water (approx. 75°C) until light green foam forms. The thin, frothy porridge thickens due to the swelling of the powder from the small leaf particles. Then add water to a volume of 200 ml.
