How to apply:
Apply Anastasia Beverly Hills DIPBROW Pomade to your eyebrows using a suitable brush with synthetic bristles. Pick up the product and wipe the brush against the lid to allow any excess to flow back into the packaging. Comb your eyebrows with a brow pencil, then use the brush to define the lower brow line. Gently blend. Then, comb your eyebrows down and define the upper line. Finally, fill in your brow line and gently blend the pomade with the brush for a natural effect.
