How to use:
Place the cuff on your bare arm. Make sure that blood flow in your arm is not restricted by tight clothing, etc. Sit upright and comfortably to take a blood pressure measurement. To turn on the blood pressure monitor, press the START/STOP button. All display elements will appear briefly. After approximately 3 seconds, the monitor automatically starts measuring. First, the cuff inflates. Then the air pressure in the cuff is slowly released. The measurement now begins. Once a pulse is detected, the pulse symbol appears. After the measurement is completed, any remaining air is quickly released. The systolic, diastolic, and pulse results are displayed.
Important information:
Clean the device and cuff carefully, using only a slightly damp cloth. Do not use cleaning agents or solvents. Under no circumstances should the device or cuff be immersed in water, as this may cause water to enter and damage the device and cuff. Do not place heavy objects on the device or cuff. Remove the batteries. Do not bend the cuff tubing excessively.
