How to use:
Put the protectors only on a dry and clean breast. Before the first and each subsequent use, wash the sterilizer case in warm water with a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly.
Pour 25 ml of boiled water into the base of the case. Place the nipple shields inside. Close the case tightly and microwave at 750-1000W for 2 minutes to disinfect. Always allow the sterilization case to cool for at least 5 minutes before removing it from the microwave.
