It is intended primarily for intensely training athletes who need to provide sufficient protection for the joints under load. It is extremely complex - in addition to hyaluronic acid and hydrolyzed type II collagen from chicken cartilage (it has the most beneficial composition in terms of joint health), it also contains chondroitin sulfate, MSM, glucosamine sulfate and vitamin C.
