How to use:
The activating emulsion should be used when coloring hair with Topchic Permanent Hair Color dyes or lightening hair with Oxycur Platin brightener. Topchic emulsion with a 3% concentration is intended for coloring darker shades, 6% concentration for lightening up to 1 tone and covering gray hair, while 9-12% concentration provides a lightening effect of hair from 2 to even 4 tones.
