With the eau de toilette Un Jardin sous la Mer, Christine Nagel, creator of the fragrances of the Hermès fashion house, answers the call of the sea and invites you to discover an unexpected garden. A remote haven in Polynesia, on the island of Tahaa. A protected place where peaks and reefs, lush vegetation and coral converse in perfect harmony.
FRAGRANCE NOTES
The floral and musky eau de toilette Un Jardin sous la Mer combines the sunny flower of the Tahitian gardenia with the enveloping character of the tamanu nut and mineral notes evoking a coral reef.
FORM
Designed by Fred Rawyler, the iconic Hermès bottle is inspired by the car lampposts of yesteryear, its blue gradient reflecting the blue sky and the crystalline waters of the Tahaa lagoon. On the case, watercolor drawings by artist Aino-Maija Metsola depict a coral reef, bursting with life and color.

For each Parfum-Jardin, the fashion house invites an artist to poetically illustrate the case, giving them free rein to express this garden through drawing.
