Gelo-3 complex® is a comprehensive joint supplement in the form of a powder from which a tasty drink is prepared. It contains a combination of three substances important for joints: collagen peptides, glucosamine sulfate, and chondroitin sulfate, enriched with vitamin C, calcium, and magnesium in organic form. Glucosamine and chondroitin sulfate are essential components of joint tissue, involved in the production of hyaluronic acid, the main component of connective tissue. Collagen is the basic building block of joint cartilage and other connective tissues (ligaments, tendons), ensuring their elasticity and strength. Gelo-3 complex® supports the regeneration of soft structures such as tendons and ligaments and accelerates the regeneration of the joint apparatus. It contains as much as 8 g of collagen peptides per dose. Does not contain lactose, gluten, preservatives or artificial colors.

Recommended dose:
- Children 7-11 years: 1 scoop of powder (1/2 dose) once a day
- Children from 11 years: 2 scoops of powder (1 dose) once a day
- In case of joint pain, intense physical and sports effort, and during the growth period, joint nutrition substances can be supplemented more frequently, namely 1 dose 2 times a day.
