How to use:
Follow the instructions for use.
Cold gel pads help relieve pain and swelling caused by increased blood flow to the breasts. Warm pads soothe clogged ducts and mastitis. Warm pads can also be used with a breast pump to support lactation and reduce pumping time.
Do not overheat. The maximum heating time is: 700 W – 16 s, 1000 W – 13 s, 1250 W – 11 s. The break between two heating cycles should be 5 s.
