Consuming matcha tea ensures even energy consumption, thus accelerating the body's metabolism by 30-40%. Due to its antioxidant content, it prevents aging. This tea helps maintain concentration for a long time, while providing relaxation and rest. Matcha contains protein, caffeine, fiber, vitamin A (beta carotene), vitamin E, minerals such as iron, calcium, potassium, zinc, catechins, and amino acids.
Matcha Premium tea has an intensely green, juicy color. It is distinguished by an even richer content of amino acids and caffeine and a much milder flavor than Matcha Tea Harmony. Not suitable as an addition to food.
Recommended daily intake:
Adults 4-6 g daily. Children, pregnant and breastfeeding women consume approx. 2 g daily.
Preparation method:
Matcha Tea Premium can be prepared in a shaker or bottle. Simply pour the contents of the sachet into a container and shake in cold or hot water up to 70°C. It's ideal for the Japanese tea ceremony. Pour one bamboo teaspoon of matcha into a cup. Pour in hot water (70°C) and stir with a bamboo whisk. There are two ways to brew matcha: usucha (thin tea) and koicha (thick tea). A weaker and more delicate version of usucha is prepared with 2 bamboo teaspoons or one teaspoon of matcha and 70ml of water. Then, the drink is stirred vigorously for a few seconds, making M-shaped movements. A stronger tea, called koicha, is prepared with 3-4 bamboo teaspoons or 2 teaspoons of matcha and 40ml of water. Koicha is a thick infusion that is stirred gently in circular motions.
