How to Use:
Place the Medela Harmony™ Breast Pump on your clean nipple. Start by pressing the shorter side of the handle to create a stronger vacuum, similar to a hungry baby. When the milk starts flowing, start pressing the longer part of the handle – the sucking movements will be slower, which will help express most of the milk from your breasts.
