Application method:
To create a pearly-metallic effect, apply NeoNail Glassy Pearl Effect glitter powder to the dispersion layer after applying and curing a colored hybrid polish. Rub in with the applicator, then remove excess powder with a soft brush. Next, apply a layer of topcoat and cure in a UV/LED lamp. To create a glossy effect, mix the powder only after the topcoat has hardened, then apply another layer of topcoat.
