The opening notes, based on pepper, nutmeg, and ginger, will transport you to an oriental marketplace, vibrating with the aroma of spices. The water directly refers to the traditions of the Middle East, developing in the heart notes with accords of burning incense, chili leaves, and precious saffron. The base of the fragrance takes on an intensely woody character thanks to resinous notes of benzoin and vetiver.
Fragrance Inspiration: "Seven Pillars of Wisdom"
Thomas Edward Lawrence, also known as Lawrence of Arabia, authored an autobiographical account of the Arab Revolution of 1916-1918, during which he served as a colonel in the British Army. He recounted his experiences in a novel, which served as the inspiration for this oriental fragrance.
NOVELLISTA Desert Wood reflects the courage and diversity of the Arab world. In his book, the author describes this from his own perspective, writing, "The abstract unreality of the desert landscape cleansed my mind of these dregs, which had become empty under the pressure of the desert's excessive size."
