Fragrance composition:
The introductory fragrance is dominated by two roses – Centifolia rose and Damask rose – harmoniously intertwined with sweet iris flowers. After them, Bulgarian rose and jasmine take over in the heart of the fragrance, adding striking depth to the whole. The whole is sensually emphasized by cinnamon accords, evoking a passionate romance. Base notes of sandalwood and cedarwood enhance the composition, while musk brings a touch of animalistic carnality.

Oscar Wilde is the author of a tragic tale whose message is so powerful that it has also become an inspiration for perfumers. "The Nightingale and the Rose" is a story of sacrifice, in which a nightingale gives her life for a young man, obtaining for him the most beautiful red rose, which the man wants to give to his beloved. It is to this rose that this fragrance is dedicated.
