RefectoCil Eyelash and Eyebrow eyebrow and eyelash dye is an easy and effective way to deepen your eyes and emphasize the shape of your face.

How to use:
Step 1: Prepare the coloring paste. Mix a 2 cm dose of dye with 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant liquid oxidant or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant cream oxidant (the packaging does not contain oxidants).
Step 2: Use RefectoCil protective pads or blotting papers, then use a cotton bud to apply the dye to dry, clean eyebrows and eyelashes.
Step 3: Wait 5-10 minutes to achieve the desired intensity, then wipe your eyes with a damp cotton pad. Keep your eyes closed until your eyelashes and eyebrows are completely clean.
