How to apply:
Mix 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant Cream with 2 cm of your chosen RefectoCil Eyelash and Eyebrow color to create a smooth paste. Then apply to dry, clean eyebrows and eyelashes and leave on for 5-10 minutes, depending on the desired intensity. Once you're done, wipe off any excess dye with a cotton pad and cleanse thoroughly.
