T-TOMI orthopedic abduction panties are specially designed for newborns and infants for whom wide diapering is recommended. These panties keep your baby's hips in the correct position thanks to a sewn-in layer of fabric equivalent to two folded TETRA cotton diapers.
These panties do not have an absorbent layer and can be worn with disposable diapers, preferably over a base layer of clothing (sleepers, tights, bodysuits). The outer layer is pure cotton with a modern design and fastens with Velcro at the front.
