How to use:
Before sticking the Therabody PowerDot Replacement Pads Gen 2.0 electrodes, clean the skin with alcohol or saline solution. Remove sweat and excess sebum. Keep the sticky side clean. Use alcohol wipes to remove dirt. Unused electrodes should be attached to the protective film and stored in a cool place. Replace the electrodes if they no longer adhere to the skin, if the sticky side is dirty, or if you experience an unpleasant tingling sensation during stimulation.
