Perfect hair color every time
Wella Professionals Color Touch Intensive Oxidizing Emulsion is designed to be used together with one of the Wella Professionals Color Touch demi-permanent color creams. The combination of these two elements will give you vibrant colors and shine, while covering white hair strands.

How to use:
Always mix Wella Professionals Color Touch emulsion with Color Touch demi-permanent dye. Wear gloves when working with the dye. Apply the Color Touch mixture to washed and dried hair for a more intense color.
Exposure time without heat: 20 minutes (15 minutes for colored and chemically treated hair).
Exposure time with heat: 15 minutes (10 minutes for colored and chemically treated hair).
If necessary, extend the exposure time by 5 minutes. When dyeing hair, apply the mixture to the hair follicles and the entire length of the hair, down to the tips. After exposure, wash your hair thoroughly with warm water.
