Wolfberry Organic Brown Flaxseed is an excellent source of unsaturated fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, fiber, and lignin. It is rich in Omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids, which contribute to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. It also contains linoleic acid, which we generally consume in insufficient amounts from food.

Interestingly, the protein content is almost twice as high as in meat, and it also contains a large amount of soluble and insoluble fiber! The seeds must be chewed or crushed before swallowing. Eating whole flaxseeds does not provide any health benefits, as our digestive juices cannot digest unground flax. Wolfberry flax seeds are organic, GMO-free, and come from controlled organic farming.

  • Provide unsaturated fatty acids and fiber.
  • Source of vitamins, minerals, and lignin.
  • Support digestion and digestive tract function.
  • Recommended for weight-loss diets.

Directions:
The seeds can be eaten on their own or added to soups, salads, vegetarian or meatballs, cakes, bread, desserts, and even pancakes.

Warnings:
Flax seeds can only be consumed from the 35th week of pregnancy!
